BUT statistically speaking, only 8% of people that make New Years Resolutions actually succeed. my bad for being annoyed at the sudden influx of people for the month of january. It is possible to make goals starting any other day of the year.. or even before the new year starts perhaps? what a thought.
People always wait until the weekend/month/year is over to start a diet or start exercising but there’s no better day than today.
